Time frame

There is no standard time from requesting meeting with DPI till the meeting, as there is always DPI's officer responsible to receive guests. The meeting date and time completely depend on working schedule of two sides, especially of the investor. Normally 01 day after sending the request meeting with DPI , investor may receive the answer from DPI.

Waiting time until next step: Min. 1 day - Max. 2 days

Additional information

Investor is recommended to submit request for meeting a few days before the expected date of meeting.
Meeting request can be made by a letter (as the attachment), email, fax, or phone call.
Although it is not mandatory, foreign investor (or his authorized person) can meet DPI to obtain initial information about the investment procedures. DPI may either provide the investor with requested information at the meeting or send such information via email or fax.
