Time frame

Within 5 days after submitting the application file, investor may receive a request for additional information of the content of documents. The request could be sent by post or by fax by unit in charge of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. After correcting or adding information as requested, investor has to return to One-stop-shop unit and submit completed application file. The waiting time to obtain approval on Environmental impact assessment report is 45 days after submitting a compete and valid application file.
