Additional information

1) Within 20 days (for project of group C), 30 days (for project of group B), 60 days (for project of group A) after the investment intent approval is issued by the authority in charge, investors have to make application requesting to obtain planning license/ agreement on architectural planning.
2) Competence to issue planning license:
- Director of the Department of Construction is authorized to issue planning license for the following circumstances: + Investment project on construction of concentrated works with scale over 50 ha and the project has important political, economic-social, cultural, historical significance of the province and is constructed in urban areas without approval of detailed planning 1/500;
+Investment project on construction of separated works in urban areas without approval of detailed planning, ratio 1/500, which is of Tuy Hoa city, except for housing;
+ Investment project construction on concentrated works or separated works focus in urban areas having approval of detailed planning, ratio 1/500, which is of Tuy Hoa city, but need adjustment of boundaries or indicators land use planning for a land plot in the planning area.
- District’s People Committee is authorized to issue planning license for the remaining cases within the administrative boundaries under its management, as proposed by the Economic and Infrastructure Division or the Urban Management Division.
3) Competence to issue the agreement on architectural planning:
- Department of Construction issues architectural planning in the following cases:
+ Investment project on construction of concentrated or separated works, which are outside the urban areas, have had no approval of detailed planning, ratio 1/500, and are related to the administrative boundaries of two districts, towns and cities or more;
+ Investment project on construction which has important political, economic - social, cultural, historical significance of the province, are outside urban areas, and have had no detailed approval of detailed planning 1/500.
- District’s People committee is authorized to issue planning license in the remaining cases within the administrative boundary under its management domain, as proposed by the Economic and Infrastructure Division or the Urban Management Division.
