Additional information

1) Head of district’s Tax authority is responsible to issue notice land rental price unit, aumount of land rental during maximum 5 days from the date of receipt of the cadastral records sent by Division of Natural Resources and Environment of District People’s committee.
2) After examination on the legal of land plot; verification of land plot, if it is not eligible for changing the purpose of land use, maximum in 7 days, the competent authority must return documents to investor and stating the reason or adjust the reccords according to regulations.
