After 7 working days (for projects having capital less than VND300 billion) or 15 working days (for project having capital more than VND300 billion) from the date of submission of the regular application file for investment certificate, investor (or its authorized representative) may be required by DPI to submit additional documents.

In this case, DPI will send a request letter requiring investor to complete and/or correct the information of application file by going to One-stop-shop unit, DPI again to complete and/or correct application file for investment certificate.
*) Note: The investor can also send the completed/corrected application file by post to DPI.
