Article 8

Additional information

1) Investors contact to Commune’s People Committe to invite individual, households having land to participe the meeting of agreement of land use.
2) The contract implementing the right of transfering , leasing, capital contribution of land use ... according to the attached sample of Joint Circular No. 04/2006 / TTLT-BTP-BTNMT dated June 13, 2006 on guiding the notarization and authentication of contracts and documents on rights of land users.
3) In case of the land user does not have the right to transfer, donate or contribute capital by the land use rights, the investor has agreed to buy assets attached to land and contracts are made in accordance with Joint Circular 04/2006 / TTLT-BTP-BTNMT. The area of land will be recovered by the State and the investor will rent the land property after the purchasing of assets attached to land is complete.
