The fee for approval and appraisal of fire prevention and fighting is prescribed at Circular 150/2014/TT-BTC dated October 10, 2014 on rate collection, remittance, management and using regime of fee for approval and appraisal of fire prevention and fighting.

Time frame

The time limit for the appraisal and approval of the fire prevention and fighting design of the projects and construction works prescribed in Appendix 4, Decree 79/2014/NĐ-CP, starting from the date of full submission of the valid dossier is prescribed as follows:
a) For planning projects: Within 10 working days;
b) For conceptual plan: Within 10 working days for projects of Group A; within 5 working days for projects of Group B and Group C;
c) For construction location approval: Within 5 working days;
d) For construction drawing or technical design appraisal and approval: Within 15 working days for projects and constructions of Group A; within 10 working days for projects and constructions of Group B and Group C.
The classification of projects and construction works into Group A, B, C shall be carried out under the Government’s regulations on construction investment project management.
*** Note: Classify of project of group A,B,C is described in Annex 1, Decree 12/2009/NĐ-CP dated 10/02/2009.
