Number of application has to be submitted: 1 set of original and 9 sets of copies

Application for approval of conceptual plan (original + 8 simple copies)
(of the investors)

Conceptual plan (original + 8 simple copies)
including :
- The drawing shows a diagram of technology chain with the main technical parameters;
- The drawing shows the solutions of total surface, the main architectural plan, the main structure with the main size and volume, the boundaries, elevation and coordinates of construction; drawing of technical infrastructure system, drawing connect to the infrastructure system of area;
- Drawing of fire prevention and fighting system: showing total surface for power supply system , water supply, fire fighting system layout , lightning protection system...;
3.
Technical specifications of conceptual plan (original + 8 simple copies)
including:
- Resume of design mission, introduce brievely the link of the building with construction planning in the region, the data on natural conditions, the impact and the load, the list of standards and regulations applied.
- Specification of Technology (if it’s applicable) : Introduce brievely technology option and technology plan, list of equipment and technology specifications primarily related to building design.
- Specification of Construction :
+ Overview of the total surface: introduce brievely characteristics of surface, evalation and coordinates construction, infrastructure systems and the connection points, the superficie of land used, supeficie of construction area, superficie of tree area, building density, coefficient of land used, elevation leveling and others necessary content;
+ For the construction in route: introduce brievely construction in route features, elevation and coordinates construction; method for handling the main obstacles on the route, the route corridor protection and others features of works if it’s applicable;
+ For projects with architectural requirements : introduce brievely of the link of of the building with construction planning in the region and the surrounding building, the idea of architectural design option, colors of works, design solution correspond to the climate conditions, environment, culture and society in the construction area;
+ About technical: introduce brievely geotechnical characteristics, reinforcement plan of floor, foundation, the main load-bearing structures, system of engineering and technical infrastructure of the building, leveling , soil excavation and a list of the software used in the design;
+ Introduce brievely fire prevention and fighting option and environmental protection;
+ Estimate volume of construction , equipments to make the total investment capital and construction time.

Acceptance minutes of meeting on conceptual plan of investor (original + 8 simple copies)
5.
Declaration of qualification , experience of design organizations (original + 8 simple copies)
6.
Authenticated copy of IRC (9 authentic copies)
7.
Certified translation of legalized copy of certificate of incorporation/business registration (original + 8 simple copies)
8.
Approval of environmental impact assessment report (original + 8 simple copies)
Time frame
- For project of group B: 15 days after submitting regular application file;
- For project of group C: 10 days after submitting regular application file.
*** Note: Classify of project of group A,B,C is described in Annex 1, Decree 12/2009/NĐ-CP dated 10/02/2009.
