After 3 working days from the date of submission of the regular application file for investment certificate, investor (or its authorized representative) may be required by DPI to submit additional documents.
In this case, DPI will send a request letter requiring investor to complete and/or correct the information of application file by going to One-stop-shop unit, DPI again to complete and/or correct application file for investment certificate.
*) Note: - The investor can also send the completed/corrected application file by post to DPI.
- When the investor re-submits its application, DPI may either (i) withdraw the original receipt of application and issue a new one or (ii) indicate in the original receipt the additional documents being submitted. The maximum time defined by law for issuance of the Investment Registration Certificate will be recounted from the date of submission of the additional documents.
