Time frame
- For project with capital less than VND300 billion, the waiting time until collecting investment certificate of the investor is 10 working days after submitting the regular application file for amendment of investment certificate
- For project which need to be inspected to obtain the amended investment certificate , the waiting time until collecting investment certificate of the investor is 30 working days after submitting the regular application file for amendment of investment certificate.
