Amendment of Investment Certificate
A foreign invested company, with an existing investment certificate, could have the option to amend the initial investment certificate e.g. to extend the scope of its activities or to increase the size of its investment.
Any change to the elements mentioned in the initial investment certificate must be registered within 10 days with the authority that has earlier granted the certificate.
The amendment procedure is similar at all authorities entitled to granting investment certificates.
