Investor is recommended to submit request for meeting a few days before the expected date of meeting.
Meeting request can be made by a letter (as the attachment), email, fax, or phone call.
Although it is not mandatory, foreign investor (or his authorized person) can meet DPI to obtain initial information about the investment procedures. DPI may either provide the investor with requested information at the meeting or send such information via email or fax.
