Additional information

It is mandatory to indicate a place to be used as the registered office of the company. Investor can sign an office lease contract with an office lessor enterprise. On the other hand, office lease contracts with individual lessors, if any, must be signed with the presence of a public notary.
The investor and the lessor will sign an MOU on office lease and the investor pays a deposit . The lease contract will be signed by the company and the lessor after the investment certificate has been issued. Or the investor will sign the contract on office lease with the lessor before submitting application file for obtaining investment certificate.
