Time frame
There is no standard time from requesting meeting with PMEZA till the meeting, as there is always PMEZA's officer responsible to receive guests. The meeting date and time completely depend on working schedule of two sides. Normally 1 day after sending the request meeting with PMEZA , investor may receive the answer from PMEZA.

Additional information
Investor is recommended to submit request for meeting a few days before the expected date of meeting.
Meeting request can be made by a letter (as the attachment), email, fax, or phone call.
Although it is not mandatory, foreign investor (or his authorized person) can meet PMEZA to obtain initial information about the investment procedures at this authority. PMEZA may either provide the investor with requested information during the meeting or send such information via email or fax.
